Honest question here from 30 year driver, do companies train drivers to do 30 minute break on fuel island?

Next time they need to open their doors they'll lose 30 minutes trying to bust that lock, losing their place in line, looking for bolt cutters,... I got the idea from a post on here about a week ago.
