Trouble choosing location for new place

{"text":"Using the app on Android and having trouble choosing the location.  When i hit the URL, it brings up map focused on South America, and even if I pan and zoom to the correct location, there does not seem to be a way to select it.  As a result, I can't submit new places to help other drivers.
