If we had a shortage we’d have an over abundance of parking, freight, every company would be paying hourly for dock time and higher mileage rates to drivers in an effort to retain them. The driver shortage is a myth created imo to explain the turnover rate being so high in the industry. There’s a shortage of experienced drivers because we’re all tired of the bs and hanging up the keys.","replyToPid":0}
