{"replyTo":"","text":"I got my training thru another company and went to Swift. I ran hard as an OTR driver for 11 mos. No issues. I didnt need hometime often but when I did, I got home. The night shift at swift is theeee worst, so if your a night driver try to line up all of your ducks before dark. if an issue arrives at night just be prepared to sit somewhere until dawn. Driving at swift is what you make it. Ive heard drivers complain their fleet managers were trash but then heard other drivers praise that same fm. i stayed positive, took my time driving and backing, and survived with no accidents. I had 3 mos exp and started at 37cpm but after 3 or 4 months I went up to 39cpm. I stayed for 11 mos and left at .41cpm. Swift is what you make it. i went to gain exp but I met drivers who had been there for 10 plus years making great money getting top pick of new trucks and special shop treatment and these were just the company drivers.","replyToPid":0} |
