{"replyTo":"","text":"Never fails, every time we cross Wyoming in the winter there are at least 3 crst trucks in the ditch. They are about the bottom line only, everything else is secondary. It's your choice but I definitely wouldn't even look at them. Unless you like running your highbeams 24/7.\n","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"I've heard from other drivers, they have low csa scores ...which means you'll be more likely to be pulled over at weigh station and inspected, which is a major negative. So do your homework check the company out, along with the route you'll be running. Good luck","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"I won't go to no big companies im with one now and 250 trucks and I'm not use to dispatch not answering I'm use to dispatching myself so it's like starting over again. But my pay is good.","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"It's just a matter of time. Uku need to spend lots of hours to get hired by good company,but bad ones they grabbing you right away...if you have choice, then off course you try your best chance...but if you dont have a choice then you need to survive with SWIFT, or CRST...or similar..\n","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"They're more team focused than solo. If you're a solo driver you may sit twice as long as a team. I drove for them once and sat in Denver for 4 days in the middle of winter because they no solo freight.\n","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"I would avoid them if any way possible. Started my career there and well yeah sorry wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Now STI their specialized division I've seen was okay. However I think they are purely owner Operator though.\n","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"I drove for CRST for 10 months, was treated very well, felt very much respected. The equipment and terminals were sub par to say the least and team driving was awful, but as far as how I was treated, no complaints whatsoever.","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"Dedicated? You mean getting double booked 3 times in one week and having a dispatcher who basically couldn’t find his computer at his desk because of all the complaints on him. ( who has been fired ) Look, ever company has good and bad. I just felt like I was getting all the bad all the time and co-drivers that couldn’t figure out how to back up so they woke me up all the time. If you haven’t signed your life away, please I beg you to keep looking. Talk and ask questions till you know what your getting yourself into.\n","replyToPid":0}
