Missing trucker found dead for days in cab, load of meat stolen

{"text":"Texas police are investigating after a semi truck driver was found dead for several days in the cab of his truck with the load he was scheduled to deliver stolen.\n\nHouston police say that they were called to a location on 175 McCarty Road around 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, where they found an unnamed 48 year old truck driver deceased inside in his truck in an “advanced state of decomposition.”\n\nPolice also said that the contents of the trailer were missing.\n\nAfter investigating, police learned that the truck driver had left a shipping facility in Laredo on July 29 with a load of frozen meat.
