Try this- park on level ground, chock the wheels, and release your brakes. Run the engine till the air pressure reaches 100 - 110 lbs, and shut the truck off. Release the brakes and pump the brake pedal until all the air pressure is out of the tanks and the brakes set themself. A lot of times that will adjust the brakes, but like I said it's always best to set the trailer brakes too.","replyToPid":0}

But if they are too far out of adjustment will will need to adjustment with a wrench. Anytime you park on a good grade with that much load its recommended you also set the trailer brakes.","replyToPid":0}
