{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"I am not working on gut feeling, but your lack of research shows that you are which is hypocritical.  A simple google search for \"car vs truck fault\" will show you the truth as virtually every site listing statistics will say around 80% of the accidents are caused by cars.\n\nif you truly drive many hours a day like you claim, them you are aware of how cars act around trucks so have no reason to doubt the cause of the accidents.  unless your hours of driving isn't actually in a truck.\n\nof course there are bad truck drivers.  but if you look up all the vehicles in the us, you will see that cars (cars, SUVs, pickups, etc) outnumber semi trucks by over 100 to 1.  You mention trucks only leaving 3-4 second following distance and it being enough for a car.  Are you honestly going to sit there and say that in your hours of driving you see even half the cars on the road leaving close to that much following distance?\n\n70mph is 102ft per second.  Most of the time they are only 1-3 car lengths apart."}

","text":"I don't accept your premise as a fact, do you have a source or study for your statistical statement that most accidents are caused by impatient cars? Or are we working with gut feeling?  I also drive many hours a day, my observation is that trucks are the problem, I get passed by every truck except Prime, and most of these trucks leave a 3-4 second following distance. that's enough for a car, but not for a truck.\n\nslowing the trucks down may not make them less careless or reckless, but it will give them more time to react if or should something happen."}

{"replyTo":"","text":"LOL the government needs to shut down the private and companies schools not allow the companies or private to give the CDL’s, The government needs to make DOT schools and to be train educate at least three months by DOT, dan taketake to a different town to pass test then at least six months to drive in Teams not solos LOL , \nThe shipper and receiving 1 or max 2 hours to load or unload no need for all this BS stuff \n80% I met new drivers they just got a CDL and they drive already solo and they don’t know the law , dan the roads will be more safe LOL , not you driving 55-60 mil ph & the cars 70-85 how is more safe?? you must be a real Old crook or a really lazy ass , I drive 60 and 70 and gives me the same Fuel economy LOL. \nThey put the electronica logs because of the accident and sense then tripled the accidents , now instead fix with shippers and receiving they're trying to cut the speed to screw up even more why ??because of the big companies pays them to do that (, \nYou must be driving a pepper log LOL, that’s when I drove old junk and pepper log I used to drive 60 to LOL , ","replyToPid":0}
