{"replyTo":"","text":"first make sure you have a strong internet connection. as you type in the address the application should begin bringing up a list that will fit the criteria until you isolate your destination. if this does not work and you have a strong internet connection make sure you don't have to update the program. if you check for those two and it still isn't working correctly oh, I would try to uninstall and then reinstall the program. make sure it is updated oh, and try it again. Lol I literally received an address from dispatch that's a street address, the street name, and the state we're all wrong. only the city name was correct. as well as the business name which is how I found it on the internet.","replyToPid":0}
