{"text":"Ray Martinez, the country's top trucking regulator, is scheduled to appear before the Senate Commerce Committee on June 19.\n\n\nThe panel's leadership aims to gain a status report on the implementation of the 2015 FAST Act highway law, which expires in the fall of 2020, according to the hearing's announcement.\n\n\nMartinez is expected to update senators on ongoing rulemakings and certain policies, such as autonomous technology, at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
