Houston trucking company connected to fiery Colorado crash has history of safety issues involving brakes

","text":"I think it's a problem, Due to if he can't speak English then most certainly, He couldn't read English, So how could he read the Hwy signs? I've spoken to guys pulling Hazmat loads, And they only spoke Spanish, If the was  a spill or Emergency thre communication is a big problem.
