{"text":"We know a lot of you guys are still on the road, so let us be your eyes for this years MATS 2019!\n\nThe Mid American Trucking Show is being held at the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville, KY this year. The KY expo center contains 4 halls.(Check out the map of exhibits below) \n\nTrucker Path is located at the booth #64232 West wing. If you are here, don't forget to visit us to win exciting prizes.\n\nThe show will last from March 28th to March 31st. We are going to show you the view of the west wing and outside the expo center.\n\nWe will keep showing you photos of the MATS 2019 during the duration of the event.\n\nFor more photos. {"replyTo":"","text":"Took me a minute to figure out what you meant by Kentucky's \"boneless\" chop ... I have lived in this area my whole life and couldn't get it... 😂\nBut then...I realized you're talking of our absolutely delicious breaded and fried pork tenderloin sandwiches . AKA: \"fritters\". \nAfter being OTR, we asked a few barbecue style restaurants if we could get the \"tenderloin sandwhich- fried\" and they looked at us as if we were the McButterton's! And said they'd never heard of that style ?!🤯\nThey're famous from our neck of the woods bc they are absolutely delicious and the best way to eat a tenderloin every once in awhile, but I only eat 1 a year from my favorite Moose Lodge's booth at our towns Fall festival. It's all about self control \n(If you're wondering why it's any different from the common pork tenderloin grilled sandwhich-... But it is!\nThey tenderize it to the point of it looking like cubed steak; this makes for the best consistency to allow the meat to cook in the dryer and is also the reason they usually (if done right) are the size of a dinner plate when finished! So they're huge, but you wont have trouble finding someone to help ya eat it!\n(Traditionally it's served with a thin layer of finely chopped lettuce and onions with just a tad of mayo on top of a ginormous bun.)\n","replyToPid":0}
