{"replyTo":"","text":"I’d say most, if not all, states require intrastate authorities to pick and deliver loads within one state. I do not know if there are states that do not require intrastate authorities. The inter-state authority allows you to pick a load from one state and deliver it to only a different state, but some states have additional requirements to operate in their states even with the inter-state authority. OR, NM, KY, and NY require a weight-distance permit to be able to operate in their states.","replyToPid":0}
