{"text":"So, finally the government has been crashing down on the drivers who can not read, write, speak or understand the English language which is a requirement to get a class A CDL. For years I've been seeing too many drivers get a CDL by doing all the English requirements enough or not at all. There have been some incidents where they either cheat on the CDL test by way of translator with small ear buds and in some cases a small camera under there shirt so the translator can give the answers. It wouldn't surprise me if there have been times when CDL testers have been bribed to pass drivers from 3rd party CDL schools where some offer the classes in different languages. This has caused too many drivers who should not have a CDL to cause major havoc on the roads such had the Florida incident or the driver in Colorado who lost his breaks and didn't take any escape ramps because he didn't understand English, both of these incidents resulted in lost lives. In my opinion to help stop this, not only should the driver be held responsible for any incidents that could happen, but also the company who hired that driver, and the CDL school both should be heavily investigated if any incidents occur. DOT has taken a step forward in taking these illegal drivers off the road by performing English tests on the spot, but more needs to be done to end this for good.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
