Hesitation and jerking when shifting gears

{"text":"Probably not the best title for a post. The issue our truck is experiencing is when shifting gears, there is a \"rough jerk\" as reported by a couple of my drivers. These are experienced drivers so they do know how to drive. One of the drivers, who has some mechanical skills said that the drive shaft can be rotated by hand. What I am wondering is if the jerking could be caused by a bad u-joint? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks","pics":"[]","canComment":true}
