{"replyTo":"","text":"I tell you story. close friend of mine few years back. bobtail to McDonald's.  he is backing out of parking spot. same time 4 wheeler is backing out. they barely touched. Lady threw fit . all that happened was tiny scratch on her car. my friend agreed to pay. so his company didn't get involved.  Lady got estimate. it was for 900$. my friend paid it. About 2 months later .He calls me upset. He  got in trouble with safety. That woman sued his employer for 50k. claiming she was so stressed after  being hit in McDonald's . That all her teeth fell out and her husband left her and she had no income.  The lawsuit was working its way thru courts last I heard about it. His safety said never pay cash in a accident.  I told him same thing","replyToPid":0}
