By Texas DPS.  They 1st ask if I got any unwanted passengers.  I Tell them look all they wish. Next they inspect whatever cargo I have. Especially if it came from down south.  To see if there is anything not supposed to be there. if you get my meaning.  Sure its inconvenient.  But I don't mind.
