I will admit though it takes getting used to, but once you get the handle of it, it just becomes natural. Body will adjust. If you have to, stop for like 20 minutes and “sleep”, but set an alarm or a timer. Believe me it really does work, even if it’s just 20 minutes. Not sure if you have a tight schedule. \n\nCoffee only goes so far, especially those monster energy drinks, they’re terrible for you too! Eventually your body will get so used to the caffeine that it won’t do anything for you. Honestly I would try the 20 minute sleep strategy and see how it works out for you.","replyToPid":0} |
