It’s the pay per mile that kills me, I guess I could get paid almost .20 more with swift 🤢 on the side of my truck. But I wouldn’t doubt 35 drivers left, I don’t blame them either. It’s mostly because of heartless’s policies they left. I believe heartless is trying to starve all the drivers out to Liquidate CFI and shut the doors, just to merge it all under heartless. Find a good smaller company near you, that truck owner can’t have his stuff sitting at Pilot or Loves for 3 or 4 days. You might have to work harder than you would at a big fleet, but you’ll run. \n\nI will also advise, check out the small company very thoroughly. Talk to company drivers or guys signed on to him. Small companies can be great….but they can be trash too. But them big fleets are horrible. ","replyToPid":0}
