Ideas on how to get local regular runs, dedicated, drop and hook or drop and rotate trailer with direct shipper.

{"text":"What's up my fellow truckers, I am from North Jersey and I have my own authority with 1 truck and 3 trailers. With the market being so unstable I am thinking about getting aligned with a local shipper where I can drop my trailer or even cover a regular run or dedicated lane. The thing is, I don't know how to go about that and would love some suggestions, guidance or even connections. I have 2 reefers and 1 dry van. I'm thinking about selling the dry van and focus on dropping and rotating the reefers. I appreciate your reply/ies in advance.
