If there was any of the following id say he needs to disclose it, a police report , injury, damage to property that would need an insurance claim. They’re just telling him that so he won’t feel bad and leave peacefully. There will be a delay in it showing up on his record. It would stink working for few weeks and then it pops up and the new company can him too for lying on his application.","replyToPid":0}

What won’t go on his record is the fact he’s fired because of it but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that’s why he’s not working with that company anymore, he quits at the same time the accident happens.
