{"text":"I was told to google! No way! Shameful! I had to drop a donation for customer. It’s fine but Prime has directions in their database. Maybe instead of doing something so unprofessional as google trucking they should give me access to their searchable database. Obviously asking office people it’s too hard to search my metro? I mean…..they give you a two screen computer. You can’t find the trucker instructions? You aren’t adding to the database? Google? Really? So unprofessional service.
