After filling out prolly 80 job apps online and answering double the amount of recruiter phone calls, Gillson came along and My husband's dreams came true. He had 9 years of solid experience with his CDL, he was a highly regarded trainer before life happened and he had to take 2 years off which events within that time then forced him to become a SAP labeled driver and had to go thru the clearing house, counseling, testing, etc etc. Far more denials than offers to hire. so anyway, this company Gillson called him on a Tuesday, by Sunday he was on a plane (company paid for) to the yard in Stockton (we live in Buffalo). That being said, He spent a few hours orientation on Monday, Tuesday he was at the Frieghtliner dealership picking out a brand new truck, Wednesday he picked up his load assignment (alone) by the following Wednesday he was home in Buffalo to pick me up. I've been riding with him ever since, they have no problem with riders or pets. It was the easiest, most stress-free hire on I've ever seen at any occupation.  They start at .65 a mile, loads range from 1500 to 3300. They are very good about layover pay for when you're stuck at shippers or recievers. You're gonna have to do the online application no matter where you go, at least I can attest Gillsons will be worth it.","replyToPid":0}
