{"text":"periodically used Pilot / Flying J for 15+ years; only recently as a professional driver. for the most part, facilities were on par & customer service was good. that is until i had a horrendous experience at an Atlanta location off I-285. based on that experience, i avoided this business. last night, visited a Pilot / Flying J south of Louisville KY (off I-65). have to admit this place has resorted my faith in Pilot / Flying J. clean facility & great customer service.... thank you!
