Regular drivers have no idea what you deal with on a daily basis.  To start with permits and the roads the states want you to travel. Curfews and more curfews. Then it the challenges of traveling. From trees,power lines,bridges. Then most every scale you cross wants to see you and look for any discrepancies on permit. Then last finding parking.  Because you may need 2 or 3 spots.
