{"replyTo":"","text":"35 0/0 of what, even company's paying  percentage can cheat a drivers pay,,I was a one operator for 35 yrs,,with 4 trucks,,got out of it yes ago when fuel prices went sky high,,been with a few company's since,, you can breakdown percentage into mileage,,mileage into percentage,,and it can all be broken down into hourly,, best when your  talking to company's ask them if they pay mileage off their trackers, that's where you get the best pay ,,trackers are same as hub miles,,I'm with a company that pay off the tracker,,never had to worry about being short miles,,and yes it's a small company,,best I've seen as far as family values go","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"In my experience, A company that pays actual odometer miles, Not Practical Miles, PC Miler, Google, Especially air miles, Actual miles gets you paid for exactly all the miles you drive,  It's a bit of a struggle to find a honest company.
