","text":"I’ve seen a lot of states with little signs or red and blue lights flashing . Those are mostly fake. It takes serious technology to get an enforceable phone at highway speeds. So you can usually tell the real ones because it will be the same as you you would see at a red light camera.","replyToPid":436526}

","text":"The ones that I’ve seen flashing were mounted on a vehicle. I’m talking about a white light that would flash like a camera taking picture at night. So far all the stationary ones (not on vehicles) I’ve seen appear to be nothing more than cameras used to take pictures of the road conditions during winter or perhaps used for law enforcement to know who’s driving by."}
