Why do we have to pay for parking?

{"text":"This is why. Some of “us” are too lazy for our own good. Honestly, this is just gross and wrong. How lazy do you have to be to 1) clean your litter box out with your gloved hand and 2) refuse to use a garbage can that is located literally 20 feet away? So to those of you who continue to wonder why we still have to pay for parking in some places, why shouldn’t we when so many people treat private property like this? We can’t have nice things because of some of y’all.
