{"replyTo":" 1269509 发表于 2021-06-28 21:14:29 I’m not real sure I just remember discussing it once. I looked it up sure you can find more concrete information.. “there are no hard and fast rules about helping with those heavy bags. Both Uber and Lyft leave it up to the discretion of the driver for how to handle these types of situations.” \n\nReference:\n\nhttps://motorandwheels.com/uber-lyft-drivers-help-luggage/\n ","text":"That’s just an article talking about it and it’s certainly not official unless it comes from Lyft or Uber’s own site.\n\nEven if the article were to be official, the examples it gives are entirely reasonable like when you request a “pool” ride, you cannot expect there to be enough room for your luggage because there will be other drivers using the trunk. Or, requesting a regular ride where there isn’t enough space in the trunk to fit your luggage. Those cases are okay with me. If you have a ton of luggage, you’ll need to request a larger vehicle.\n\nAlso, I did not ask her to help me with my stuff. All I had was a small size backpack, shower bag, and two small boxes. I was able to carry everything in one trip. It wasn’t like I needed to take two or more trips to carry all my stuff into the car.","replyToPid":432402} |
