I haven’t tried those.\n\nEnergy drinks like to advertise that so and so ingredients are what makes the energy drink work, but it’s only a marketing tactic. Caffeine is still the power house of most of these energy drinks. My point is that energy drinks are not much different than coffee because both rely on caffeine. Sure, energy drinks probably have more sugar, but there are low calorie energy drinks out there with less sugar than your average coffee. "} |
