Here are some: Coca-Cola zero, diet sodas, Vitamin Water zero sugar, coffee with one sugar packet and one creamer tiny cup, etc. Once you find the ones you like, but the packs from Walmart to save a ton of money.\n\nEat fruits as snacks while driving: bananas, apples (various types), oranges, mandarins, plums, melon, watermelon. Don’t forget a bottle of Tajin (blue lid, low sodium) and lime or lemon.\n\nMake your own salads with carrots, radishes, mushrooms, spinach, kale, salad toppings, low calorie dressing (that you enjoy), etc. Croutons have too many calories, but maybe there’s one out there with few calories. If you want a combo meal from a fast food restaurant, stick with a medium size meal or a single meat patty large combo. Don’t buy anything extra like desserts. You WILL gain weight. Also try not to eat it daily.
