Lease to own or buy?

Do you have any experience as a contractor in a trucking company? Any experience running a business?\n\nIf you buy a truck, finance it through a dealer and not through the trucking company. If you get fired, it will be much easier to depart from the company. However, the drawback in not financing through the trucking company is that you will find it difficult to finance a new truck.\n\nIf you want a new truck, the easiest way (yet risky) is to finance it through the trucking company. You’ll also probably pay higher interest rates, but at least you can get a brand new truck. I highly recommend a new truck to new owner operators with little or no experience in trucking or who have never owned a truck. A new truck will give you the time to run the business and not waste time dealing with an old truck with mechanical issues. A new truck will become just like any other old truck after about 300k miles. "}
