{"text":"question, I've googled like crazy..cant find the answer..\nif a comercial driver from say California has a accident in Oregon and no tickets where given...do they need to go themselves to the California (home state)DMV to report the accident , or is reporting the accident to the DMV and police in the state the accident occurred enough?","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
{"replyTo":"","text":"Why would you make a report to the DMV of an accident in another state. The fact of a ticket being issued is irrelevant. Same thing for tickets, you have no obligation to report anything to CA. Oregon and most states will send ticket information to your state but that’s on them, not you to report.","replyToPid":0}
