Front axle weight problem with 2017 volvo vnl 780

{"text":"Hello drivers (colleagues), I have a problem and I would like to find the best solution. I have a volvo vnl 780, 300 gallons tanks and APU, 3.08 ratio (automatic) transmission so even when I don't have a load (when I'm empty) only with full tanks I'm close to allowed  limits on the front axles (about 11500).  I pulled the trailer back to the 5-wheel so in the winter my fuel consumption is much higher even when I don’t have a heavy load (about 6 gallons), I’m driving dry van 53ft. I read somewhere that some trucks are allowed to weigh up to 13,200 pounds on the front axle (total weight must not exceed 80,000 pounds)? !!  Does anyone know anything about this information","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
