","text":"That’s somewhat of a good thing. At least you have some sort of recourse to fight it if you choose to. I wouldn’t, it’s not worth it. Most scales have cameras that point at you when you drive on the scale. But, my original point was it’s pretty common for them not to give a ticket but still give a violation on the inspection report. When they go this you have no legal recourse to fight the violation."}
