FEMALE TRUCKERS: Do you have any advice for women going into the industry? How do you deal with your monthly visit?

{"replyTo":"","text":"I have been teaming with my husband for 2 years now, started out hauling freight from KY to CA and had time for bathroom breaks more often. We now haul cattle and do not have time for many potty breaks and if we do it’s mostly on a ramp. Personally I carry as many baby wipes, feminine wipes, feminine deodorizing spray as well as paper towels, toilet paper and wash cloths.  Also a bowl big enough to put a wet wash cloth in and heat up in microwave. Keep plenty of plastic store bags to dispose of these items. After about 3 weeks of trying to wait to empty my bladder I learned to keep a stash of large plastic drink cups, if you gotta go bad enough you will find a way to get relief the best way you can.
