{"replyTo":"","text":"I have been working for Schneider for 2 years. Every month one day the planner screws up. Call your DBL you'll get detention pay if its not your fault. If you forgot to set your NAT then there isn't much they can do if they don't have a load at the time. You have to realize they have thousands of drivers you are just a number to them. Almost all mega carriers are the same way. \n\nI would have urged you wait till you get at least 1 year of experience before quitting. it's easier to get hired.\n\nDon't fall for the outrageously high CPMs. Most of the small companies will pay 1099 and make you sit even longer.
