Driving during high winds

I’ve never had one go over on me but I did have an empty spread axle bullrack come off the ground when turning a corner on a gravel road in Iowa years ago. Luckily once I made the turn my tires came back to the ground.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"I have yet to slow down in high winds. I have had to pull off and wait with others though. Heard over the radio just a few minutes after that several tipped on the road. Those were straight winds though.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"wind and speed and weight and tandem set are all variables to consider but also consider comfort and skill. if you're gripping the steering wheel like you're falling off a cliff slow down or stop. no point in driving around like a stressed maniac. average life span is 62 years old. don't make it a lower number. even temper your heart.","replyToPid":0}
