GOod luck, hopefully you don't lose your investment, which I know there's a very high potential for. If you're going to get your own authority, you still have to run your company, look for loads for your driver, manage your paperwork...lol.\n\njust make sure you have a copy and paste copy of a lease agreement the driver signs, a lease agreement between you and him and how the agreement works. My advice to you is, you should drive that truck for few years and build your name and reputation, get to know people and people will get to know you. Thats what you need to do first before thinking about hiring a driver. running a trucking company is not just dispatching  a driver. Its a lot more than that, lots of headaches, trust me. thats just my 2 cents. Good luck to you and i wish you all the best. ✌✌✌"}
