Tow bill, who pays

I went in and told them and was told 2 others had gotten stuck and had to call a tow truck. Is the bill something I just have to pay and go on my merry way or should it be there's to pay? Also not a good business practice to go suing your (or the company you are leased on with) customers. Just try not to go to that customer anymore if you can avoid it, or remember not to use that lot to try and turn around in.
