need help with 2017 Volvo VNL 780

{"replyTo":"","text":"The report the one driver referred to is a Rig Dig report that is like a CarFax report. They have been known to have injector cup problems just like you referred to. The only problems that I've seen with the IShift transmission is if you don't keep the air tanks drained they can have serious problems if the water gets into the transmission. The D13 is a good strong engine that gets decent fuel economy. Not sure what that was is set for but the standard settings are 455hp 1850ft pnds torque. Hope that helps you.","replyToPid":0}

In time they will all give you some sort of problems.  I would get any and all maintenance records,  do an oil sample, if possible remove the valve cover and check for excessive soot build up.  If you can scrape soot off, I would pass on the truck.  If you take an oil sample and it comes back good....I would consider buying it.","replyToPid":0}
