","text":"There will be an “HM” or “X” next to items on your BOL that need a placard because of weight or volume requirements. Usually an obvious notation or remark about it towards the top of first BOL page","replyToPid":55429}

{"replyTo":"","text":"If you’re wondering if you need a HM license then you probably don’t have one. If you did you’d know where to find the needed information and what books you need to have on your truck while pulling HM. Anything that needs placards is a load needing an HM license, hence the HM placards. Call your safety department. ","replyToPid":0}
