Company using social media

{"text":"I don’t think companies should use social media as it’s sole platform for distributing company policy. Kudos for the open door but studies show people who use social media are statistically less happy. I went to college. I know companies like to use fb and other platforms like trucker path and such. I know why. My company rejected me for their reefer group on fb and after I passed my exam with zero errors they posted a horrible picture of me on their fb with my eyes closed. I’m really not looking for fresh forms of abuse and I’m definitely NOT sharing the abuse that happens with my family. They are proud of me, happy with my career decision and push me to keep at it. I’m not inviting the poison in their lives. I’m not doing social media anymore. Find normal communication methods. Don’t try and spoon feed me more abuse.
