Houston Road.\n\n\nThe crash occurred while traffic was slowed for an earlier two-vehicle collision on northbound I-45.\n\n\nThe truck driver told local news station ABC13 that he did not fall asleep but that he wasn't able to stop his truck in time to avoid the crash.
