{"text":"If you read my post about disputing a warning, this is what I found out. I sent keeptruckin an emai explaining that I put notes in where my log glitched and I couldn't change it. Also that they are the ones who said dot would take the notes and I'd be ok. Not the case. Got a warning. The following is what I got back from keeptruckin. Waiting now to see why there was no notification of the update.\n\nThank you for writing back. This feature was updated in the recent software update and now allows the fleet managers to edit the driver's log for re-classifying ELD recorded driving event to Personal Conveyance or Yard Move. Your company settings as of now are not enabled for this feature, if you would like we can update the company settings, however we require consent from your fleet dispatcher. After the settings have been updated your managers will be able to re-classify such events.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}
