{"replyTo":"","text":"its hit and missssssss/ used to be 99% plowed allll night / now its alllll over the place; where to trust its been done or not; on a over night haul you go in and outa the maintained and unmaintained jurisdictions; there are areas where they dump 3 inches of salt before 9-10 p:m. and then stop running till 5:30 in the morning; the driver complaining must have a couple miles through the jurisdictions that dont do it right no more ? due to insurance ?  ","replyToPid":0}
