I say everybody is to blame. Stop throwing it on the ground! Find a can man. Let the truck stop people know about it, something has to change. My dog gets into things, eats rotting chicken bones then gets in the truck and pukes it up. Let’s help get it cleaned up drivers then keep it that way!
