","text":"It’s very hard to inspect (on the road) what you cannot see. I regularly run Texas to Spokane via Boise or Pocatello. I’ve never seen a DOT fuzz out at night. Now in Boise pre dawn, they will sit out watching for trucks with missing lights, buts that all they look for when it’s dark. It’s easy money to them. ","replyToPid":55364}
