{"replyTo":"","text":"its only illegal in california.. i deleted mine in 2017 and have saved tens of thousands of dollars and  mechanics will work on ur engine no problems.. only thing is u void ur engine warranty with delete.... i run 48 and just dont brag about it in California and youll be fine.. i havent had ANY violations or fines and ive been inspected many times.. {"replyTo":"","text":"what a bunch of babies; yes its do-able, yes its illegal; its also illegal to speed? break the laws when and how you feel its best to do so, my pick up truck is completely deleted 2015 f-250 snow plow truck ; fuel mileage through the roof; little bit of black smoke yes; no more scared feeling of warnings / cleaning exhaust filter alll night trying to clean the exhaust filter for nights on end; NEVER HAD A BREAK DOWN; was worth the money to ME; to not have the worried fear of un necessary  technology; on big trucks i dont have def, but had all the egr taken off detroits, run cooler up hills that used to make fan come on; more power; better fuel mileage; completely near zero emissions when i get it checked yearly; inspection place hooks to exhaust and DOESNT. even know i had it done;   ","replyToPid":0}

497499 发表于 2020-01-21 00:21:40 Depends on if it’s a glider or not and if you own the truck. When I hauled fuel for Tri Star out of Nashville we regularly sent our KW day cabs to Fitzgerald out of Crossville. They rebuilt it like new without DEF. DOT was cool with it.
