I would not mind getting a petition together and sent thru the rite Channels for our voices to be heard and bring a good fair change to our industry that is being abused on all sides. It’s not fair in some instances because we are limited but in the same token it keeps some of us from pushing past our limit and causing harm and damage to others. If they are hounding us to drive.(speaking as whole group,) it’s because they are being hounded. Or in some case just are having a bad day etc. etc. but they don’t just start off by wanting to run us in the dirt. It comes from way up the chain. It’s the owners and supervisors that need to be looked at in these case. You give out bonus’s to your dispatcher for their driver getting a load on time or early, and that goes for all dispatchers in that company that’s great to the dispatcher. But when that motivation isn’t checked is where I think the problem lies because their running all these drivers to make that extra cash and at that point each and every driver under the dispatcher that wants to make extra money see’s the drivers as expendable pawns that will either they can profit off of or not. I unfortunately have only had 1 bad dispatcher and I swear if I had not been thru enough in my life so far, I would of skull uukd him. No business being behind that desk or a phone. But if someone can tell me or prove that this chain is correct or wrong please feel free to educate me. Need to settle this one topic before I move on to the next"}

{"replyTo":"","text":"How about if the broker part should be taken off, and shipper can put their loads  on some common platform directly , and their should be a minimum price  per mile for longhaul and local deliveries accordingly . If the truckers will be paid good they won't mind run as per ELD rules and regulations. They will know gonna make good payout they will have a peace of mind.","replyToPid":0}

Thats what I am talking about the loadboard should be a common and open platform between shipper and trucker and anybody can create login with MC and USDOT information or we should be paid for the time we check in to checkout for pickup or to deliver. Cause that is the only time get wasted for no money or very less money. None of us waste their time while we are on drive , no matter how worst the weather conditions are we always keep moving or give our best on the road.","replyToPid":0}
